CAREGIVER PHONE
See who answered. Leave a note. Write back.
Your board turns green, amber, or red. A red day means nobody finished the check-in. It is not an emergency light. You still decide whether to call or visit.
Add more than one person. Each keeps their own ask hour, fridge note, reminders, and message board.
AGING-ADULT TABLET
Three questions. Giant Yes and No.
Did you sleep okay? Have you eaten? Did you take your pills? They can tap, type, or talk on the device. If the mic fails, the buttons still work.
Home is always one tap away. Quiet hours do not speak unless they start the check-in themselves.
HOW IT LINKS
Home Wi-Fi or cell data.
Tell the household code in person. On the home network, phones can use the Dell hub. Away from home, cell data sends a sealed packet over HTTPS to this site. Cloudflare does not see the code or the notes.
2. Make a household
The caregiver adds the person and starts Link household.
3. Join and sync
The other phone types the same code. Sync now copies notes and messages.

What Engel Care is not
- It does not detect falls.
- It does not call 911.
- It does not watch a camera.
- It is not a shop.
- It is not HIPAA-certified, and it is not a medical record.
