Delete a family login

Google Play and the App Store require a way to delete an account. This is that way. It does not call anyone.

1. In the caregiver app

   Sign in. Open Clients. Tap Delete this family from Engel Care. Type the family username to confirm.

2. On the phones

   Uninstall Engel Care or clear the app storage if you also want the local notes gone. A sealed copy on a phone is not the website login.

We cannot recover a password or a household code after delete. Tell a new household code in person if you start again.
